01What age group is this for?+
Our programs are designed for teens aged 12–19. We adapt the depth and approach based on the age group within each cohort.
02Is this therapy?+
No. We are certified life-skills and EQ coaches, not therapists. We focus on building practical skills and habits - not diagnosing conditions. If we sense a teen needs clinical support, we’ll request you to work with a qualified medical professional.
03How is this different from school counselling?+
School counsellors are often stretched thin across hundreds of students. Our capability-building system is structured, personalised, and uses a proven EQ framework with measurable outcomes.
04Will my teen actually engage?+
We get it - teens are the hardest audience. Our methodology uses interactive exercises, peer dynamics, and real-world challenges (not lectures) to keep engagement high. Most teens look forward to sessions by week 3.
05Can I sit in on sessions?+
Group sessions are teen-only to create a safe space. For 1:1 capability-building, we include periodic parent alignment sessions to keep you in the loop.
